The below is an extract from a day trip we%26#39;re considering:

%26#39;Depart from Kota Kinabalu to Beaufort road journey takes approximately 2 hours 1530hrs Arrive at Beaufort Wetland some few kilometers away from the busy highway.%26#39;

When people refer to hair pin bends on the Crocker Mountain range,does that happen on the road journey described above?

Hi ativakUK - the road to Beaufort is pretty much a straight line and avoids the mountains completely - so nothing but flat road on your route.

The hair pin bends on the Crocker Mountain range is up towards Mt. Kinabalu and towards Tambunan and Keningau when you take roads that cut through the mountains, or in the case of Mt. K, follow along the mountain ridge.

Riveting driving, I tell you.
