Could anyone advise me if it is worth a day trip to Melaka from KL we are leaving tomorrow and soooooooo excited lol

yes it is worth a day trip.

Bus takes 2.5 hours and leaves from Puduraya bus station. Cost is between rm16 - rm20 one way. Buy a return ticket and confirm the return bus time.

Taxi from Melaka bus staion into the town takes about 10 minutes and is a fixed fee coupon.

Once in the town, most things are within easy walking distance.
