This hotel is excellent by Ipoh%26#39;s standard. I find it better than those old hotels like Casuarina, Excelsior or the Syuen.

Newly opened with promotional rates of RM150 with complimentary breakfast. 4 types of rooms, superior, deluxe, executive room and executive suites. The deluxe rooms with two single are hugh. Modern bathroom amenities and large glass panels. Certain rooms have a view of Ipoh Parade Shopping Centre.

Breakfast is at the Senses Cafe on the sixth floor. There is also a swimming pool on that floor.

Highly recommended.

This hotel was open.. what?.... 2-3 months ago?

I suppose all new hotels are good on account of all the new furnishings!

However, since i haven%26#39;t stayed there, can%26#39;t comment....

Yes, they tried to open this place in time for the Sultan of peraks jubilee celebration. In the end, there was no celebration but protest and tear gas; so bad luck that everyone had to stay indoors. The location is OK at the Greentown Business Centre; but it CAN GET very very noisy at night when the few clubs and discos at the back start business, the pasar Malam start business at the field and the people come out to eat and to drink (alcohol) at night. Not sure why people want to look at the ugly Ipoh Parade and Convent school building from their rooms.

I have stayed there end of Jan, it was their soft launch. Attention to details in the hotel is sloppy as many hotels are in Ipoh. Like skirting boards are shoddy. No internet services when I was there and certainly no breakfast yet. They weren%26#39;t even wired to accept cards for payments. The rooms were large and staff were really friendly . Rooms were clean too but finishing is not so good. Location is a tad dicey. Rooms are nice but sterile, can do with some pictures.
