Hi can anyone give me some information about the reserves is there much difference between Sepilok and Semenggoh? i only have the time to visit one of them, which would you recomend?

Semenggoh is not a %26#39;touristy%26#39; as Sepilok - nor is it as busy.
There is a mini van organised by the Tourist Board the leaves at 8am from the road outside the tourist info office. Journey takes about 45 minutes. Return price is rm20 pax.
Try to avoid weekends and Malaysian school or public holidays as it will be much busier then (think UK on a Bank Holiday Weekend).
There is a second bus at about 1.30- 2pm - but please check the times with the Tourist Info Office.
Wear good footwear as the paths thru the jungle may be muddy %26amp; slippey. Take water to drink.
