baggage check in at KL Sentral

Hi there,

Can you check your bags in at KL Sentral directly for flights on Air Asia or do you do it when you get to LCCT? We will be travelling on the skybus.

Hi,

No you can%26#39;t. This facility is only avaiable to those travelling on the National carriers, like Malaysian. Air Asia is a no frills budget carrier. Skybus is an Air Asia subsiduary, so again, no frills.

You will need to travel to LCCT with your bags and check them in there.

Nope. Carry it with you in the skybus and check it at the LCCT.

Checking in at KL Sentral seems to generally only work for MAS flights, that depart from KLIA itself, not the LCCT

Please note the KL CAT check-in service at KL Sentral is ONLY AVAILABLE TO Malaysia Airlines (MH), Cathay Pacific, Royal Brunei Airlines and Emirates. There are plans to incorporate more national carriers in the future; but Malaysia planning style usually takes a minimum of a few decades....
