Genting Highlands

Hi,

1.Could someone guide me about how to travel to Genting highlands quickly from Duta Vista executive suites by using public transport .Time taken thereof.

2.Does Theme Park hotel, Genting allow early check in

3.What are the timings of Outdoor,indoor and the water park? My children want to make the most of their stay there.

3.We are in Kuala Lumpur from 24th to 27th April and moving to Genting on 27th morning.... catch a flight back to india on 28th April,2009 6 p.m..

4. This is our first trip abroad and suggestions/guidance to plan our economical stay in KL are most welcome.

Genting Highlands have an excellent web page.

It has heaps of info and will answer all of your questions - how to get there, opening hours, links to the Theme Park Hotel etc.

You will need to email the Theme Park Hotel directly to ask about early check in. I think you can do this through the Genting web page.

Genting Highlands

As this is your first trip, the easiest way to get to Genting is to ask your conceirge to negotiate a fixed price taxi ride. I usually take the aircond coach from the basement of Midvalley Megamall which goes nonstop to Genting. The usual check in time is 2pm or 3pm but if you%26#39;re travelling during the low season, you may get your room at noon.

I am also going to Genting Highlands Theme park Hotel in April for a couple of days with my family. We emailed our booking details through to the hotel via the Genting website requesting an early checkin they informed me they would make a note on thier system %26amp; if numbers permitting they would do thier best to accommodate us. Not a guarantee but who knows

Be warned take a jumper or jacket it can get really cold. When we went we left a hot 30*c and as we got to the top we got frozen and very wet with the mist and constant drizzle. We actually couldnt see a thing because of the mist or fog or whatever.

But the cable cars were fun.
