I do not see any clear answers to the question:

how much would it be for 3 people to transfer from airport to the city.

Is there any public transportation at midnight?

That is going from the airport to the hyatt?

There is no public transport at midnight. You will need a taxi. With 3 people and baggage you may need two taxis. Also check with the hotel to see if they have a transfer service.

From Terminal 2 to town it%26#39;s advertised as RM20 per taxi. A taxi can accommodate 4 adults and a modest amount of luggage.

From Terminal 1 should be the same price. From 11 or 11.45pm (until 6am) there is a 50% surcharge - so then a taxi will cost RM30.

Taxis usually add a levy for dropping people off on resort hotel properties and it would be interesting to know if this is true for the Hyatt, not a resort, but a city hotel with a ramp to the entrance.

Other than the taxis, there are no other public transport options so late at night.
