Dear Anne,
I had a closer look to Villa Molek just about 2 months ago as I was looking for a house to rent. The houses are nice and - compared to a hotel - relatively cheap. For a long term rental much too expensive. The location appealed to me! A minute away from a few restaurants incl. the great L%26#39;Osteria, and only about five minutes to walk to the beach. It is quiet and safe as much as I can judge it. The furnitures are nice, the design and quality is really good. Do you intent to rent for a longer time?
