I would pick Dorsett Regency or Royal Bintang becuase of location and the choice that that location offers for shopping, food and sights The Legand IMVPO is too far out for just walking out of the hotel and wandering around the city, as you will need to travel to the normal touristy sights. Otherwise, all are very nice 4* tourist hotels.

Its 20mins taxi ride from the city centre - if you like Theme Parks and have kids, then go for it.
