If you are staying at the Westin they will probably have a very luxurious spa. Check their website for details and prices.

Ishan Spa in Pantai Tengah is another which is excellent. The surroundings are stunning - like being in a rain forest and everything is made from natural materials. Worth a visit for the setting alone. I had a great foot and leg massage there and they do packages for couples, which look very good. You will find their details under the tab on the left marked ';Things to Do';.

As I have mentioned, there are loads of different spas on the island which give different types of massages. Many of these are located in the Pantai Cenang/Tengah area which is about 45 mins drive from where you are staying.

I have never been at the Spa of the Wesitn as it is too expensive for me. I often go to Alun Alun Spa downtown Kuah, at the City Bayview hotel, this is convenient for me. not really cheap but very good, still much cheaper than any hotel. They have a dependence in Cenang and Tengah. Since a few weeks plenty of new Spa%26#39;s opened in Cenang and some are really cheap. For a very special event, try Ishan, they come with pick up, the set up is lovely. I would time it for the later afternoon to combine it with a nice dinner in the area.
