What is the best way to arrange getting to the island? Should we get the hotel to arrange transport to the jetty as well as boat tickets or can we get a taxi to Kuala Besut on the street and get our boat tickets when we get there? Or should we just book the lot at the airport?
Getting there!
You make your own self..its really easy.After you arrive at Kota Bharu Airport then..you take bus to Kota Bharu Bus Station..its take 20-30 minute only.The fares is RM1.50 one way. if you take direct taxi to kuala Besut jetty,they charge you RM75.00 per cab and RM30 by van...its take 1 hour 20 minutes.The boat ticket you buy its at jetty..the fares is RM70.00 for return.
