Hotel in KL

Hi.

We are looking at staying at the Federal Hotel in Bukit Bintang.

I like the idea of being close to all the shops etc in this area.

Has anybody stayed in their Merdeka rooms?

I am just after any info on these rooms, what floor, any views, size of rooms etc.

If not this hotel does anyone now of any others in this area we could get some rooms for around 240MYR per night in July, preferably with a pool?
