Is hotels.com a reliable site for booking a hotel? I%26#39;ve been using asiatravel and asiarooms for my bookings and I found holtels.com with reasonable rates too.
Is it safe to use hotels.com? Is it prepaid upon confirmation or pay upon hotel check-out?
