From KLIA to Genting

Hi All

Would like to seek help.

It seems there is no direct cheaper way to go up to Genting from KLIA. I know that, of cos, there are taxi%26#39;s and limosines but they are way way above my budget. I am flying budget(haha.. poor man can only afford this way to enjoy cool weather, no $$$ to go to far places)....

Is this the best(so it seems to me) route to take.

Arrive KLIA, take the KLIA Express to KL Sentral Station and from KL Sentral Station take a taxi or bus up to Genting.

Ya, i think to get to Genting buy bus is cheapest in your case, unless you have met with a good samaritan who is willing to car-pool (which is rather risky).

From KLIA to Genting

Are you sure you arrive at the MAIN terminal building at KLIA?? If you are flying budget (airasia/tiger), you will be arriving at LCCT, the low cost carier terminal and not the main terminal. There is NO KLIA Express from LCCT to KL Sentral, the ERL only runs from KLIA TO SENTRAL. If you are arrving at lCCT, take the Skybus (AirAsia Bus) for RM 9 to KL Sentral, then the bus up to genting. A bus plus skyway cable car from KL sentral to genting costs around RM 9 per person. Hope it helps.
