On Jalan Changkat Kia Peng. I see a building here on the map,

but can´t get any info about this place. Anyone been there? Old building? Interresting place, architecture? Nice suroundings? Can I come inside? Just curious. /J

think you will find it is a Government Building, and not on the tourist trail, hence why no information out there.
