Hotel Nova or Citin Pudu near Butik Bintak

Hi:

I have checked both hotel Nova and Citin Pudu. Can anyone suggest which will be better hotel in terms of-

1. Location

2. Cleanlinees and room

3. Food/Breakfast

I will need 3 double room to accomodate 6 of us from April 12th for 4 nights.
