How to check Air Asia Flights

Hello

I am using Air Asia for four flights during my trip starting next week. Can anyone please advise me which website to look at to check that my flights are unchanged.

Many thanks

Marlene

How to check Air Asia Flights

Thank you Jacklyn.

I have checked the website you gave. Do you know if there is a place I can go to so I can check that the flight is actually unchanged before I leave for the airport?

Thanks

Marlene

Hmm, i am not sure about that, but phoning is a good option i think. Hope this helps. :)

Hi Marlene; yes; check real-time status at the airport website:

Thank you both for your quick replies.

I expect there is really nothing to worry about. I have never even checked a flight on any trip before and never had a problem. It is just that some of the posts on Tripadvisor have mentioned changed flights. I will check the website the evening before each flight and if I have a problem, I can always ask the hotel staff to phone and check for me.

I guess the worst that can happen is to have to wait for the next flight.

Thanks for your time and help.

Marlene

You can go into ';Manage my booking'; on the Air Asia website and enter in all the details you have kept, eg flight booking and names etc. You itinerary will come up.

Thank you cballans.

I was able to find the Manage your account site and locate my trip details. Do you know if this means that if Air Asia changes the flight at all, it will appear on those details?

Thanks

Marlene

That%26#39;s how I would check my flight and hope that any changes would appear on that screen.

We%26#39;ve flown Tiger and our flight was cancelled for another flight and this did show up on their website on our itinerary. So hoping AirAsia would be the same. I have to admit I%26#39;ve never checked either, but have been very lucky.

Yes, we booked Air Asia flights in May last year for our trip in April this year and by checking we have found that a couple of the flghts have changed. Apparently Air Asia do not notify you until 1 month before your travel.

Thanks again Cballans

I have just had a good look at it again and it all looks OK. It is actually 5 minutes different on the return trip, so that really must be how to check it out. They haven%26#39;t notified me at all even though I am going next week (closer than the one month you mentioned) but I guess 5 minutes is not counted!

Cheers

Marlene
