Hotel in Kualalumpur and things to do..!!!

We will visit Kuala lumpur in the beginning of May. I haven%26#39;t got any ideal for accommodation. I will stay there for few nights before flight to Singapore. Please help me where to stay less than $50usd/night and what to visit there?
