Perentian Besar vs Perentian Kecil

Hi there I am totally stuck ! Fristly which is the better of the 2 islands above and also I am getting conflicting resorts about the best beach with crystal clear water, some saying Teluk Pauh beach and others saying Long beach ! Has anyone been to both or the islans whom could advise clear, our main concern is calm crystal clear water with a good white sandy beach and altho some atmosphere not pumping music keeping one awake all night. Both Island have great beach.Telok Pauh its front of Perhentian Island Resort..so you can snorkeling over there.You can relax and walk at beach till Abdul Chalet..most family are staying here because they like situation here.

Long Beach also a good choice,mostly here is happening because lots of foreigner here.Almost backpackers staying here with low cost budget.its calm crystal clear water and white sandy beach.Lots of people and sometimes its crowded on peak season.

The best Idea ,my advise staying both island then you can make your own judgment on Perhentian Besar or Kecil.

If you free time,try to visit Susu Dara Island and Rawa Island..its best spot of snorkeling site..just RM50.00 per person for the trips..

Morning, thank you kindly for your response. Sounds great, is the sand white and water crystal clear infront of the Perhentian Island Resort aswell ? Are there other hotels close by this hotel with any little snack places along that beach ? Many thanks for your help ! Sarah

The sand white and water crystal clear infront of the Perhentian Island Resort . some grocery are available to find little snack places along that beach but not to much choice.Its better you buy at mainland before coming to island
