What are the computer systems used in Penang

Hi I am a student in a local college here in Penang and I am in my final year which means I have to complete a thesis. I am task to create/code a mock hotel management software system. Is there anyway i could know what are the most common computer system used in the hotels around Penang? The one where the receptionists uses to record customer details, bookings/reservations, check ins and check outs etc. I have to create a mock survey and I need to list down the available software used in a particular hotel.





I hope someone here can help me as I am all exhausted of resources. Any help I can get is very much appreciated. Thanks =)

I%26#39;d have tried calling and dropping them emails but the staff it seems are too busy to entertain me. Hence this is my last resort.





If possible, I would need information of which hotel uses what software.

If I was in your shoes, I would put on a shirt %26amp; tie and go visit each hotel and explain to the duty manager what you are doing.
